Swedish Massage – this deep tissue massage helps to loosen muscular tension, stimulate the circulation of the blood and lymph and aid drainage of waste, (principally lactic acid), thus freeing muscles and restoring normal function.

Thermal Hot Stone Therapy – a speciality massage using heated Basalt Lava stones that warms the muscles, allowing a much deeper working of the tissues than a conventional massage. Basalt volcanic stones are used for their heat retaining properties together with metamorphic marble stones for their sedative and cooling properties. Benefits include: intense detoxification and provides a total 'Holistic Therapy'; balances 'chi'; balances the Chakras of the body; calms the mind, body and spirit. The treatment can last from one to two hours.
